Postpartum Doula Services Include:
Bringing home baby is a sweet time filled with highs and lows that come hand and hand with bringing a baby into the world, Whether you are new parents who need complete support through all things baby, or seasoned parents looking for some extra support and even a little extra sleep postpartum- surrounding yourself with trained support can make the postpartum transition easier on all! As a postpartum doula, I come in with the intention of setting you up for a successful journey with a newborn.
Nurturing the relationship between parent/baby/siblings/pets/live in relatives. Empowering you in the fact that you are the expert on yourself and baby. Supporting you through that transition to a life with a newborn and all that encompasses. Training you on all things baby 101 as needed.
Postpartum Services included:
Daytime and nighttime support available
Lactation support
Newborn care support (Bathing, Diapering, feeding, bonding, sleeping)
Light housekeeping
Light meal prep
Errand and grocery shopping
Bonding of parents, siblings, live in relatives and pets
Support with identifying perinatal mental health
Postpartum pricing:
$40 per hour for daytime support
$45 per hour for overnight support
